My Yoga Journey

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2004, first as a student for many years, then a personal trainer, and finally landing in the practice that served my life best: yoga.

 

For 15 years I taught from my Wellesley home yoga studio, Lake George where we have a summer home and various studios, corporate, school, travel and religious settings. 

Today I teach mainly on line from my Boston home on Zoom. 

My style of yoga is slow and intelligent, bringing to my students all that I learn while I grow as a student throughout my lifetime. Good teachers are always good students, listening and learning while accommodating their students, offering what they need at any given time, for their body and mind. 
Yoga is more than the sum of its parts... it's the whole darned thing, breath by breath, pose by pose, to achieve self love and contentment as life begins anew each and every day.  

 

 

Yoga is always there to help us live our lives fully so that we can feel calm, strong, flexible and supported on easy days and on hard days. 
 
Yoga is the gift we give ourselves, the one that keeps on giving as long as we practice.
